 IT'S WAR AND WHO IS IN CHARGE??  If there's a civil war in the Republican Party, the voters who backed Donald Trump in November's election are ready to choose sides.

The margin of error is plus or minus 3.1 percentage points.  McConnell says Trump was "practically and morally responsible" for riot after voting not guilty there is still time. McConnell states "Trump has not got any with anything yet
