You Aren't Psycho, Just Suffering From Loss Aversion!

Is it not enjoyable to be in a relationship with someone who cannot let go of an old relationship.  It is not enjoyable to give a gift to someone who will not let go of a similar gift from another person.  It is not enjoyable to lead a person or team that will not let go of the old way of doing things.  Understand that there is nothing wrong with having strong attachments to previous experiences so long as those attachments do not inhibit our ability to continue to move forward and evolve personally and professionally.  This Covid-19 Season is providing the best lesson on Loss Aversion.  Let's Talk about it....
