Leading In The Rain

I would not intentionally follow then lead of a person that hides from inconvenience anymore than I would hunt with a Lion that wouldn't hunt in the rain.  The people we lead and serve are relying on our ability to be at our best when it is most inconvenient to do so.  Anyone can lead when everything is perfect.  This episode focuses on my experiences of leading the rain.  There were things I got right and definitely things I have gained valuable lessons on making sure I never repeat!!
