Kerrie works from the premise that food changes everything. Drawing from her background in holistic health, eastern and western dietary theories, mind-body nutrition, and personal development, Kerrie offers unique guidance and clarity in a world of mixed nutritional messages. Despite the numerous dietary theories that exist, living a truly healthy life cannot be accomplished without first learning to listen to the messages sent by one’s own body. Kerrie therefore starts by guiding others to decipher and tap into what she refers to as one’s own “body wisdom.” The outcome of this holistic approach to wellness leads to weight loss, stress reduction, enhanced energy, clarity of focus, and improved digestion.
Kerrie received her Bachelor of Arts from Catholic University. She is also a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and the Institute for the Psychology of Eating. She is accredited by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and the Teachers College of Columbia University. Kerrie has been a featured speaker and facilitator for various companies and organizations including Lululemon, the Compass Fellowship Program, and the United States Senate.
