Join us as we welcome our guest artist Lenard Brown. Lenard Brown has a B.F.A. from Texas A & M University at Corpus Christi and an M.F.A. from The Ohio State University, where he studied art and history. A Professor of Art at Texas Southern University, he has shown his paintings, prints, drawings, and artists books extensively at venues that include University of Canterbury in Christchurch, New Zealand, Casa de la Cultura de R...eynosa in Mexico, University College of Education in Reykjavik, Iceland, George Washington Carver Museum in Austin, Texas, and the McAllen International Museum in McAllen, Texas, among others. Brown’s work is in collections that include the San Antonio Museum of Art, University College of Education in Reykjavik, Iceland, and University of Tennessee in Knoxville. His work is represented by numerous galleries in the United States and Mexico. You can also call in (323) 657-1446. If time allows there will be Q & A from guests that call in.
