It means "one who shares her essence with others". A traditional Sadhu lives a life apart from the world in order to focus completely on his/her spiritual practice. My life has been devoted to my spiritual path. I was a Sikh for many years and this is part of my practice. My path now is to Wallow in Love and Joy and Gratitude and Laughter!
