How do you know if the Holy Spirit is in You?

When it comes to the baptism of the Holy Spirit many Christians are confused as to whether or not they are filled.  A primary controversy in the church is the importance of speaking in tongues to prove one is filled..  The Holy Spirit is a much bigger package than merely speaking in tongues.  How much do we even know about it.  For instance do you know the difference between speaking in a known tongue, an unknown tongue and groaning with not tongue?  Let's discuss and see what the word says.
