On Tonight’s Show we will be Interviewing Ms. Collette Flannagan the mother of Clinton Allen who is Speaking Out about her Son Killed by Dallas Police Officer Clark Staller March 10, 2013.
It is alleged that after tasing Clinton Allen twice according to Dallas Police officer Clark Staller, Clinton still had the strength to choke Officer Staller causing him to fear for his life. In turn, Clark Staller opened fire shooting the unarmed Clinton Allen not once, not twice but seven times killing him the night of March 10, 2013.
It's reported that Clark Staller has only been with the Dallas Police Department since 2008 and already has a troubled history within the force. In January 2011, Staller ran over a burglary suspect, lied about it and falsified the police report. Staller justified this use of force by saying, "suspects lie all the time," as quoted by the Dallas Morning News. This footage was later caught on his dashboard camera. A high ranking official at that time called his actions, "very disturbing", yet, Staller was allowed after a slight 20 day suspension to return to his job.
Clark Staller, armed with a history of using excessive force, lying and falsifying an official police report was returned to the streets of Dallas only five days after Clinton Allen was killed with another gun and with pay. According to the Clinton Allen’s family, they were told that filing a complaint against Clark Staller had to wait until after the Internal Affairs and Crimes Against Persons complete their investigations,a process the Clinton Allen family were told could take months. The Allen Family is fighting to have Clark Staller, badge #9514, removed from active duty until the investigation into the death of Clinton Allen is completed.
