Today I will be talking with Sheila Applegate, a clinical therapist, inspirational presenter, author and teacher.  Sheila's passion is to provide a forum for people to process emotion and integrate spiritual understanding into their daily lives.  She wrote the book Enchanted One A Portal to Love, in the book, Sheila turns to the Divine Feminine, the essence of which has always been with us, for guidance.  She channels the spirit of Magdalene and Isis with an open heart and weaves together teachings from these two beautiful and loving Goddesses.

Meet the host, Diahanna White, a Life Coach, and Registered Certified Hypnotherapist with both The American Board of Hypnotherapy and The National Guild of Hypnotists, also a gifted Intuitive.  Diahanna has always had an interest in helping others improve the quality of their lives.  She opened her first healing center in Massachusetts in 1997 and has taught and lectured ever since.  Following her move to North Carolina in 2009, she established Insights for Wellness, a wonderful healing center in Morehead City, North Carolina.
