Welcome to Beyond The Game Sports Talk! Tonight we begin with an interview with Tyrone Brooks who is the Director of Player Relations for the Pittsburgh Pirates. Matt discussed with him his role with the Pirates organization and how he got his start in baseball.

Later, we stayed on the baseball action and discussed some hot topics including Manny Ramirez's return from voluntary retirement and the fact that if he is serious then he first has to serve a 50 game suspension which drifts back to his failed drug test last year. Also, MLB MVP Ryan Braun has tested positive for a substance that is on the ban list. What we know now is that it is not PEDs and he tested negative for it a few weeks later on a second test. Braun is appealing a 50 game suspension. Albert Pujols has signed with the LA Angels for 10 years with a $250 million payday. BTM Sports Analyst & Executive Producer, Joel Michalec, has jumped up on his soapbox to blast about this one.
