DeYonne Parker, author, speaker, coach, and facilitator, has spent over 18 years of her life motivating, developing and coaching adults to reach their fullest potential. The combination of her corporate learning background, passion for inspiring others and her own personal testimony, is what makes Parker a stimulating speaker and powerful presenter.

Parker is the Vice President of Gem Makers, LLC, and Director of Training for Diamond in the Rough, Youth Development Program, Inc., where she utilizes her gifts and talents to encourage, empower, and educate women, girls and youth development professionals through conferences, workshops and professional consultation.

DeYonne is a native Nebraskan where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Bellevue University. She holds certifications in adult learning, facilitation, instructional design and various professional leadership development courses. But it’s her education in life’s school of harsh reality that has given her vast experience and moral authority in overcoming personal trauma and adversity. Parker shares her personal testimony in her life-changing book, “Girl, Get Your S.W.A.G.
