Beyond Winning - Coach Larry Ross and VP Derek Smith - Forest City Heat Program

The Forest City Heat is one of the top AAU Basketball Programs in North Carolina. They are a very important part of the Forest City Community and well supported by the people of Forest City. Coach Ross talks about his coaching philosopy and VP Smith talks about his role in making the program successfully. They discuss their role in the Community and the many fine young men and women have come through their program who are involved in various levels of compettive basketball. These two individuals have worked tirelessly in leading,  supporting and developing youth.
