Today we’re going to review SITTERS ETC., a franchise that provides HOME CARE SERVICES to people who need assistance with the essential activities of daily living in their homes including  seniors and those recovering from an injury or illness or disabled.

Joining us is Ralph Laughton the Florida Area Developer with SITTERS ETC.

Before to partnering with Sitters Etc. Ralph Laughton held senior leadership positions within  professional services and legal recruitment for over 18 years. In prior roles as Managing Director  and Vice President for two national professional services companies and served as a strategic  talent acquisition adviser to U.S. and international law firms. In Florida, Ralph was responsible for multi unit management of Florida branch offices that provided recruitment services and workflow  contract staffing to law firms and corporate legal departments. Ralph launched his legal career as a lawyer in private practice before joining the legal recruitment industry.
