January 12 - Keyboardist/Composer/Arranger - Mark Stephens

 

As a sideman, Keyboardist/Composer, Mark Ellis Stephens’ name has been connected to some of the most prominent names in music – including: Alanis Morissette, Diana Ross, Chaka Khan, Stanley Clarke, James Ingram, Kirk Whalum, George Duke, Take 6 and, most currently, Josh Groban.  His songwriting credits include Boney James' "All Night Long", "Butter" and most recently the songs "Cry" and "There and Back" from Boney James new CD "Contact".

 
Finally, Mark has struck out on his own with a vengeance.  His debut CD, “The Dream Of The Peaceful Warrior”, is a tastefully orchestrated mixture of jazz styles.   Come join us as we discuss Marks incredible music journey, his latest project, and what he has in store for the future.
