Leigh Spusta is a behavioral scientist, life coach, hypnotherapist, and Certified Therapeutic Imagery Facilitator specializing in helping others to achieve a state of outer balance and inner harmony. His approach to therapy and coaching encourages clients to tap into their own inner resources with the goal of self-reliance and personal power. He graduated from and has maintained a decade long affiliation with the Hypnosis Motivation Institute, and works with the American Hypnosis Association. He has worked with several therapists in Los Angeles, producing a variety of therapeutic audio cds. Leigh combines his talents as a musician and his knowledge of hypnosis and related states, in an effort to pioneer new approaches in creating rich, resonant sound-scapes for greater efficacy in healing and meditative products. He goes beyond binaural beats in his recordings, incorporating the use of heterodyne beats, vibro-acoustic entrainment, and sound resonance, in order to achieve deeper states more quickly, without the need for headphones. His recordings can also stimulate hemispheric synchronization, (bilateral-brain processing), when headphones or proximal stereo speakers are used.
