If you are sensitive to rejection you must be in a constant state of anxiety about being dumped or dissed.

It means you can never feel safe to be yourself or relax with friends, family or loved ones. You probably work hard to feel useful to avoid the possibility of rejection, but never loose the fear that a slip on your part means your head on the chopping block.

Rejection sensitivity is part of an anxiety state that keeps you hyper vigilant to the slightest sign of someone losing interest in you. The strain is enormous and the stress is destructive.

In part 11 of my series on managing bad feelings I will show you how to reduce the anxiety and rewire your sensitive brain so that you can feel more secure and enjoy your relationships.
