Do you find yourself reaching an impossible level of frustration when your friends or loved ones don't believe what you know to be true?

Are you caught up in trying to give chapter and verse to prove your own truth and experience to those that matter to you?

It's very stressful when you feel you have to fight for what is real and indisputable from your standpoint. It's alsmost as if your personal identity is being dissed when those you are close to deny your truth.

The need to prove your self and be accepted and validated becomes an obsession, propelling you to keep trying no matter what the odds, or how often you get beat back.

This soul destroying pattern of relating with friends or loved ones makes relationships very unpleasant. You don't have to live with these bad feelings.

Listen to part 18 of my series on managing bad feelings and I will show you how to prepare for these challenging obsessive moments. You will learn how to understand what buttons get pushed in you that make you go to such lengths to prove yourself despite continuous disappointments.

You will be able to feel more in control of your feelings so that your approach to others can take a more successful path to getting accepted and validated.
