The Subtle Development of the Sacred Self with Kimberly Braun

Lifelong mystic, Kimberly Braun began devoted meditation at the age of 5, and spent over ten years as a monastic nun. Her Masters in Theology was completed in 2001. Currently Kimberly serves on the Meditation Faculty at the Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, NY, though her work has been focused in Florida as a minister, retreat and workshop facilitator, meditation coach and private consultant. She is also a Reiki Master and fellow seeker on the path to living freely.

During her years as a nun she stepped into the role of general architect and principal fundraiser for the construction of her community’s 17,000 square foot mission style facility. She gave her ‘YES’ to the project with little money and no experience, leading the 3 ½ year endeavor to its completion and ending debt-free. She is a testament to what can happen when each one of us steps into our own personal YES in life. She was featured as a speaker at TEDx in 2012.

Kimberly is also the founder of the 5th annual Vibrance! Natural Living Festival, an interactive festival building the local health and wellness community .She has a new APP, ‘Breath and Heartbeat Meditations,’ a new CD entitled: ‘3 Point Processing for Centering,’ and five new guided meditation to charge you for your day.
