The series premiere of AMC’s The Making of The Mob: New York on June 15th delivered 1.7 million total viewers it it's crowning debut. Narrated by Ray Liotta, The Making of the Mob: New York will delve into and reenact the rise of notorious gangsters like Charles “Lucky” Luciano, Meyer Lansky, and Benjamin “Bugsy” Siegel, along with their Five Families.
Mob is AMC’s first “docu-drama,” or a documentary-style series that uses archival footage, cinematic visual effects, and interviews with former city mayors, historians, and actors who have brought the Mafia to life on screen.
