Today we will hear from Veg_Up_Get_Dirty CEO Lee Stewart about her passion for Locally Sourced Organic Food.  Besides helping people be successful with their Urban Garden; Lee has her own Urban Garden including many different types of Chickens where she gets her own eggs and a pretty cool Tortoise among her Dogs and Cats.  Lee is knowlegable in growing techniques and how to grow in many different climates which probably Arizona is the one of the most difficult due to our cleachy clay.  

Gardening since she was a young girl. Also with 15+ years’ experience in the health and wellness field with a certification in personal training, and group fitness training. Lee is a corporate wellness coach, with years of education in nutrition and human biology.  Her clients have constantly asked me about clean healthy eating. Asking “I want to eat more organic foods but I can’t afford to buy organic”. Hence Veg-Up-Get-Dirty was birthed!  The idea of healthy eating should be affordable to all. Lots of people are busy with her career and does not have time to garden. Lee assists with starting a garden and checking the garden weekly.
