Dr. Sydney M. Savion holds a doctorate of education from George Washington University in Washington, DC, with a focus on human and organizational learning. Her interest in life transition was born out of studying the interrelationships, actions, and reactions of individuals, organizations, and communities in order to understand and help them define and solve their problems. Dr. Savion retired as a commissioned officer after twenty years of distinguished reserve and active service in the United States Air Force. Dr. Savion lives in the Hill Country of Texas and rejuvenates on the pure beaches of USVI.
