Life is what you BAKE It with Mary Ardapple

Mary Ardapple has been self-employed in the food service industry since 1984.  Mary’s leadership style promotes laughing out loud and a smile for ALL!  Her motto is: “I just love what I do and live a life’s philosophy that “Life is what you BAKE it!” And boy does she involve herself with life.

Her original business was a restaurant which inspired the creation of Apple’s Bakery.  Apple’s Bakery was incorporated in 1988.  Apple’s Bakery truly delivers on scratch baking. Mary has never compromised on ingredients for her customers to enjoy.  Staff peels apples for apples pie filling, butter is creamed for all the cookie dough, frozen fruit is thawed and cooked for real fruit filling flavor, and frosting are all butter, powdered sugar with just the right amount of whipping cream. Makes me hungry just describing the meticulous effort Apple’s Bakery goes to.

She then expanded her Retail location by launching Apple’s Bakery Northside Market to eventually become a leader in providing gluten free cookies and corporate gifts of delicious cookies and pies made completely from scratch and preservative free throughout the Internet. 

She is also very active in a number of community boards and service agencies as she returns as much back to her community as she can.
