A Hybrid Jazz Christmas From Trish Hennessey - with Matt Cusson!

More than mostly anyone who has been a guest on "Hybrid Jazz" - apart from seasoned, older artists and those no longer with us - it's a difficult task to fit ALL of Matt Cusson's accolades in just ONE brief description HERE.

Our supremely talented Friend is an award-winning (multiple times) singer and songwriter. Pianist, producer, arranger, too. Recognized publicly (and frequently emotionally) by those with whom he has worked. Yes, let's talk about some of those folks: James Taylor; Stevie Wonder; The Roots; Boyz II Men - yours truly is just getting warmed UP!

Last year, Matt was touring with Christina Aguilera and busier than many - making plans for the future. Enter 2020. But this year didn't stop him at ALL. You will hear proof of that when our new Dad visits at one p.m. on 12/15/2020. The partnerships that he has developed through the years have been remarkable. Dave Koz - India.Arie - Javier Colon, the first winner of TV's "The Voice" - who cannot say enough about our guest.

Matt has been on this musical journey for 15 years or so. With or without stellar accompaniment. His versatility is widely known, which has to be part of the reason why Brian McKnight took interest so long ago. Matt on the piano - as a composer - as someone who knows harmony and can hold his own with Superstars - Brian knew. So do MANY. 

There needs to be another page of credits and praise from those whose names you know and love - but let's say this to wrap this short page - so that you truly understand. Matt recorded his debut album in 2009 and has been non-stop since then. He has gained an ENORMOUS following but has always remained the down-to-earth Sweetheart that won Wife Lisa's heart a while ago :)  Hey, even NASA has an interest in Matt Cusson - we'll explain!

This will be our last outing before Christimas - so our music and our company will be TRULY special!
