He is an author and also the host of the personal development program Self-Awareness 101. Willard has also started and built businesses in various industries including the entertainment industry, software development, real estate investing and training programs, marketing and seminar/event planning and promotion. Some of our listeners may recognize his name from his previous career as a singer songwriter. Willard is all about Transformation. It can be about transforming a business from a start-up to a successful entity.
