Hello, my name is Clint Callahan, and I am a social worker/therapist who has helped thousands of clients since 2000.
Several years ago, I was going through a rough patch. I was burned out, financially stressed, and my career was going nowhere. This caused a whole bunch of personal and professional relationship challenges. I was trying and failing to juggle my responsibilities at work and in my personal life.
It wasn't easy. I was struggling with my mental and physical health, and my relationships with my wife, kids, family, and friends were suffering. I knew I had to do something to turn things around.
Desperate for change, I started making small adjustments by creating a daily morning and evening routine; getting enough sleep; making time for relationships; and setting better boundaries at work. Gradually, these changes led to better health, increased productivity, and improved relationships, creating a system that allowed me to become a more present and engaged husband, father, brother, and therapist.
