Jennifer Queen is the Chief Recruiting & Development Officer for McKenna Long & Aldridge. She oversees  hiring and professional development efforts throughout 16 offices, utilizing a variety of assessment tools.  Ms. Queen has held a variety of leadership positions with NALP, most notably as Vice President, member of the Educational Program Advisory Council and the Task Force on Women in Leadership. She has also served as both President and Vice President of the Atlanta Legal Recruitment Association.  She currently serves on the NALP Foundation Board of Trustees.
