Jesse interviews Harold Grandstaff Moses – who focuses on music healing through heart centered communication.  He is a composer, musician, inventor, scientist, and vibrational theorist.  Harold uses harmonic engineering to produce an auditory experience with overtones, encouraging an instantaneous relaxation response.  This creates highly modified states of consciousness which include feeling more centered, relaxed, creative, content and connected.  He is the director of the Institute of Harmonic Science, which does research on the vibrational stimulation of humans and materials.  Harold’s work with the Institute has found that particular harmonic overtones influence the parasympathetic nervous system while modifying the conscious state.  This has resulted in things such as a lowering of blood pressure, slowing of breath, calming of the mind, synchronized heart-mind response, and an expanding sense of “awareness”.  We will be looking at Harold’s work in music healing through heart centered communication.  You can learn more about his work at:  www.hgmoses.com
