On this show we will explore a myriad of Afrikan theories, law and rules. Some will be uncomfortable and that is ok. First part of getting free is to heal our mind, body, souls and hearts. To recognize that there may be a problem, is great-to fix it is hard-the end result is bliss. We must take into account that we have been made sick in this process took over 6000 years of brutal and underhanded treatment from our captures. We must Sankofa-remember who we are and yet go forward on the course to utter freedom and be willing to pay the ultimate price that our ancestors overstood that we might have to pay, and that they themselves paid. Please join me, it is sure to be thought provoking. Remember all that we do to, for and amongst each other, should all be done in the spirit of love-save the other ill will for your enemies. UHURU SASA!!!
