From deep roots fly high
Through all 7 levels sweep
Stillness supporting mighty wings

and a powerful, clear yellow eye
Strong, true, confident hue, light as a feather
 Makes the nervous system new
 Inner unfolding to outer effortless knowing turns
 As thunderbird silently sings
