Episode #4 "Resolved To Be Ready in 2009" September is National Preparedness Month

It's National Preparedness Month and FEMA is preparing the nation this year's theme is "Resolved To Be Ready". This episode will highlight 3 agencies that are vital to keeping the public prepared and informed be resolved to listen and be ready to act.
