She is the daughter of military parents and a third generation business owner. Michele was exposed to leadership and civic involvement at an early age. She worked in the family business, participated in Brownies, 4H Club, NAACP Jr. Auxiliary, American Legion Jr. Auxiliary, Buckeye Girls State and the Hugh O’ Brien Leadership Institute. She is a graduate of Buckeye Local High School, where she graduated with Honors in the top 10% of her high school class. Michele earned a full academic scholarship to attend college at the University of Cincinnati. Her education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati, Master of Arts in Public Administration and Urban Studies, Master of Law from aw, and Honorary Doctorate of Philosophy and Seminary, and earned doctorate degree in Business Administration.
