This month's On The Air with the IWFFA - Offers summary of events taken place during the month of June, how COVID-19 is effecting our players. The IWFFA Steering Committee has accepted a variety of flag football rules for sanctioned leagues, added new tournaments to 2021, flag football land is coming soon and so is professional women's flag football.
June Contest offers a COVID mask contest - (deadline to submit your mask is June 28) email your mask to: IWFFA@IWFA.COM
Special Guest on the show:
Miss Raina (USA) - Philosopher for the IWFFA and Spiritual Guide.
In the discussion Miss Raina explains why humans and our flag football players behave and act the way they do. How one can find their way. "When joining a new team, just relax, don't project and find your way onto the team". A lot of are competitive because we're searching for something inside to fill a need. The true purpose of sports, our personal needs and how we interact with other women is explained by Miss Raina on a spiritual plane. Miss Raina connects our actions and purpose of being. A very interesting conversation.
The show takes a fun break to play it's new game: "Win or do 10 Push Ups" with our contestant and flag football player from Afghanistan: Sabria Mahboobi.
Last segment of the show - we continue our book discussion from Mariah Burton Nelson's book: The Stronger Women Get The More Men Want To Play Football - comment submitted by: Rebecca Carrucini of Puerto Rico. We continue the discussion playing with women only or co-ed, what are the differences and embracing what we have.
This month's show is fascinating , interesting and fun.
