How to Live in the Moment with Dave Romanelli

Where is My Guru's media team recently attended the Mountain Pose Medicine & Yoga Symposium at Copper Mountain, CO.

Mountain Pose was designed by a physican for physicans, offering CME credits to MD's. Teachers, researchers, therapists and healthcare providers were also in attendance.  It was as much a retreat for them to delve into their own practices as it was hands on and classroom based presentations of researched based information on how yoga, meditatation and other forms of alternative health are preventative, effective and life enhancing.  

Check out this interview with Dave Romanelli author of Livin' in the Moment.  Dave brought the element of community, light heartedness and lots of humor to the symposium along with wine, chocolate and live jazz. Dave's mission in life is to reclaim the moment. To reclaim the moment from our iphones and computers and ipads.
