Founder of The Law Office of Kassandra Ramsey, P.L.L.C., she assists entrepreneurs, athletes, entertainers, and creatives with creating, running, and protecting their businesses. She's assisted clients with federally registering their trademarks and copyrights and with ensuring they have the proper contracts in place to effectively run and protect their businesses.
    She is also a writer and advocate for college athletes’ rights. She's authored two e-books aimed at assisting current and prospective college athletes with getting the most out of NIL opportunities. Recently, she authored a law review article addressing gender equity issues regarding NIL Collectives. The article, entitled “NIL Collectives – Title IX’s Latest Challenge,” was published in the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal. Kassandra runs a website, NIL with The Esquire Coach, and hosts a local television show, “Court-2-Court with The Esquire Coach.” Kassandra received her B.A. in Political Science from Virginia State University and her J.D. from Howard University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in D.C., Maryland, and New York.
