My name is Zen Ase and I’m a best selling author, performer and globally ranked podcaster. I began journaling as a kid and have been hooked on writing ever since, but life has a way of derailing our passions. My family didn’t support my career as a writer, so I became and award winner teacher and got married. I stopped writing for 17 years. In 2014, I went through a divorce and decided to reclaim my dreams. I started writing again and performing poetry. I’ve written 5 books, four of them Amazon best sellers, and been published in dozens of magazines. I’ve performed over 100 times and organized dozens of cultural events. My work in the community gained me a Congressional Award for activism. Today, I’m a semi-retired grandmother of 4 who also focuses on my passion projects, which include my podcast Zennurgy, which is globally ranked in the top 10%. My hope is to help others hone their inner voice and crystallize their purpose, just like I did. I think a key ingredient to success is deciding for yourself what success is. There are many ways to get there. For me, it has been following my intuition and using art to heal and to make sense of the world around me. So, we got several requests and questions as to why we left radio. Well, 'live streaming broadcasting' with camera's (webcams) on so many platforms came along. So, we went there, and that's where we've been for the past 7 years. We have a huge following, true. But we want to try out our old stomping ground for about a month or so, to see if the service, audience interactions, and volume of calls have increased. With technology advanced as far as it has, we hope that you will fulfill our hopes.
