A Christian Alternative to Weight Loss Diets, AND The Three Little Kids Meet Wally Wolf:Healthy Choices or Consequences. She has gone from size 22 to 14 without dieting! Her personal mission in life is to teach people how to obtain and maintain a healthy weight through permanent lifestyle changes, one step at a time.
